What are the dates of the incentive?
The incentive will run from 9/6-10/3. Restaurants will have a chance to score points each week!

What are the requirements for restaurants to be eligible for the incentive?
All restaurants are eligible; however, because points are being calculated versus a pre-period, any restaurant that is closed for > 1 day during the pre-period (8/22-9/2) will be excluded from the incentive
How will points be determined?
Touchdowns will be awarded for each full average transaction above your established target. There will be no rounding. There is no limit to the number of touchdowns a restaurant can score.
Field Goals will be awarded by exceeding your soft drink UPT target. A restaurant can only score (1) FG per week.
How were targets established and where can I find them?
Targets were established by utilizing each restaurant’s actual digital GC results and soft drink UPT’s for the period of August 22 nd – September 2 nd .
Targets will be based on available data reported from McDonald’s as of noon EST on September 4, 2024. Any data for the base period, August 22, 2024 – September 2, 2024 received after September 4, 2024 at noon EST, will be reconciled at the end of the incentive and will impact the communicated targets. Final results will be based on available data at noon EST on October 7, 2024.
Targets will be posted on www.drpepperincentive.com on 9/5. You can find your target by visiting the site and entering your national store number.
How will results be communicated?
Individual restaurant, Business Unit, and Field Office standings will all be posted on www.drpepperincentive.com by Wednesday of each week. After entering your NSN, the results for all restaurants within that Business Unit belonging to your Owner/Operator Organization will be displayed.
Field Offices may send additional details at their discretion.
How many winners will there be?
There will be two winners per BU.
The Grand Prize will be awarded to the restaurant in each BU that scores the most points through all four weeks of the incentive
The Second-Place prize will be a random drawing from all eligible entries earned during the incentive period
A restaurant that wins the “highest points” package will not be eligible for the second prize package
What are the prizes?
Grand Prize is a choice of (1) of the following:
Option 1: Trip for (2) to the 2024 Conference Football Championship of your choice (ACC, Big 10, Big 12, SEC). The package includes tickets to the game, hotel for two nights, airfare if needed, and access to Dr Pepper sponsored events (where applicable)
Option 2: $1,500 Visa Gift Card
Second Place Prize is a $1,000 Visa Gift Card
How long do I have to decide on the Grand Prize option?
Winning GM’s will be given until October 23 rd to turn in all information and a selection for any Conference Championship Game. If no selection is made by October 23 rd , the GM will receive the $1,500 Visa Gift Card as a default prize
A 3 rd Party agency, AMP Activate will reach out to the winners to confirm their prize selections and finalize all post-incentive details
Can I send someone else to the game in my place?
Conference Championship packages are non-transferrable. If you are unable or do not want to attend, you should select the Visa Gift Card option
Am I guaranteed tickets to the game I select?
Some games have higher demand and therefore lesser availability. We will do our best to accommodate everyone’s first request; however, we will ask you during the prize selection to rank all games in order of preference. Winners will be notified by 10/31 regarding which game they secured tickets
Will winners have to pay taxes on the prize(s)?
1099’s will only be issued for Visa Gift Card winners. Those who choose a football package will not receive a 1099
